The project inquiry collects only the details you choose to provide for SitePro to review and respond to that request.
What you share
When you contact SitePro through this site, we collect your name, email, project location, selected service, and your permission to contact you about the request. You may also provide a company name, phone number, preferred timing, project details, and plans or photos. Please share only information relevant to the project.
How your request is used
The office uses these details to review your request and respond about the work. Submitting a request does not approve a quote, schedule work, or sign you up for marketing. We keep a record of the contact-consent wording and when you agreed to it.
Plans and photos
Optional files are stored privately and checked before authorized office staff can open them. A request can be received while its files are still uploading or being checked. The form shows those states separately. Files that fail checks remain unavailable for download.
Who can see it
SitePro uses shared operations software with its sister company, Petersen & Sons. Specifically authorized office staff can review SitePro requests through their individual accounts. Requests and files remain SitePro records; submitting here does not automatically transfer a lead to Petersen or create a Petersen job or estimate. Service providers supporting hosting, private storage, and security checks process the information needed to operate this service.
Records and retention
Received inquiries, original files, consent records, and office review history are retained as business records and included in backups. Unfinished temporary upload objects expire after 24 hours. Upload access expires after one hour; that does not delete an already received request or committed file.
Cookies
The request form uses an essential, temporary cookie to keep file uploads and status checks tied to your request. It is not a marketing cookie.
